Do I need experience to join a class?
No prior experience is required. Our classes are designed for beginners, with clear instruction on gentle movement and breathing exercises so you can progress at a comfortable pace.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at the start of any billing cycle. Simply let our front desk know before your next payment date and we'll adjust your membership accordingly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer, and major debit or credit cards at our Aswan studio. Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month for consistency.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Monthly memberships can be cancelled with seven days notice before the next billing date. There are no additional cancellation fees, and unused single class credits remain valid for 60 days.
What should I bring to my first class?
Comfortable clothing and a water bottle are recommended. Mats and props are provided at no extra charge, so there is no need to purchase equipment before your first session.
Are private sessions included in any plan?
The Wellness Unlimited plan includes one private session per month. Additional private sessions can be booked separately at a set rate, which our staff can confirm during your consultation.
