A quiet Aswan studio built for calm breathing and gentle movement
Founded by a small team of instructors who believe yoga should feel approachable, unhurried, and open to every body and every beginner.
Learn MoreWho We Welcome
Our studio was shaped around the people who walk through our door
Many of our students have never rolled out a mat before. Classes are paced slowly with clear instruction so newcomers feel comfortable from the first session.
For those carrying daily tension, our breathing exercises and gentle movement sessions offer a structured way to slow down and reset during the week.
We adapt pace and postures for joint comfort and mobility, making our gentle movement classes suitable for students returning to activity later in life.
Travelers passing through often join a single relaxation class to unwind after a day of sightseeing along the Nile, no long-term commitment required.
What Sets Our Studio Apart
We keep groups small so instructors can watch alignment closely and adjust guidance for beginners, rather than teaching to a crowd.
Every class is built around foundational breathing and basic postures before more challenging sequences are introduced, so no one feels left behind.
Our studio is part of the local Aswan community, and our schedule reflects the pace of daily life here rather than a generic franchise timetable.
Classes run on a steady weekly rhythm, making it easier for students to build a routine around calm breathing and gentle practice.
How We Work With New Students
A simple approach designed to make starting yoga feel unintimidating
Initial Conversation
Before your first class, we ask about your experience level, any physical limitations, and what you're hoping to get from practicing, whether that's relaxation or improved mobility.
Trial Class Placement
New students are placed into a beginner-friendly session where instructors explain each posture and breathing technique step by step, at a manageable pace.
Ongoing Feedback
After a few sessions, we check in to see how you're progressing and adjust class recommendations, whether that means staying in gentle movement or trying a slightly more active class.
Building a Routine
We help students settle into a weekly rhythm that fits their schedule, treating consistency as more valuable than intensity for long-term wellbeing.
What Our Students Say
I'd never done yoga before and was worried I'd feel out of place. The instructor spent extra time showing me how to breathe properly during the first two classes, and now I actually look forward to Tuesdays.
I was in Aswan for a week and dropped into a relaxation class after a long day at the temples. Left feeling looser than I had in months, and the pace was easy to follow even as a first-timer.
My knees don't handle a lot of standing poses anymore, so the instructor showed me modified versions using a chair. Six weeks in, my back pain has noticeably eased.
The class sizes are small enough that the instructor actually remembers what I'm working on week to week. That personal attention made a real difference compared to a bigger studio I tried before.
I signed up mainly for the breathing exercises since I get anxious before exams. Three months later I'm still going, and I use the same breathing technique before stressful meetings now.
Booked a single session while staying near the Nile Corniche and ended up coming back twice more before I left town. Simple space, clear instruction, no pressure to keep up.
